We will make every reasonable effort to stock all merchandise presented on In the event that an item you ordered is no longer available, you will be notified.

The expected shipment times specify when an item is expected to leave our warehouse, and not when the item will arrive at its final shipping destination. Delivery times may vary.

You will not be billed for items purchased with a credit card until the items have shipped from our warehouse.



International orders are shipped USPS.



Shipping your items on time is very important to us. For many items, we calculate Estimated Delivery Dates to help you find out when these items are expected to arrive. An Estimated Delivery Date is a calculation of several factors, including item availability, allocation time in our warehouse, the shipping method and the final shipping destination.

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from If you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, and other charges.

The item must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure credit.

Purchased items are determined un-returnable if worn, tags have been removed, or have sustained damage by the customer.



If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 30-days of delivery. Please provide us with the order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail, as well as your e-mail address and phone number. We will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return.

If there is extensive damage to the carton upon delivery, contact us immediately. Please have your order number available when you call.



All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept cash on delivery (COD). It is recommended that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status. You can expect a refund within 30 days of our receiving the returned order. Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.
